Peanut-butter Chews

(No parents allowed) 

This is an energy and protein rich after school snack.

 

You will need: 

1 cup peanut butter 

1 cup light corn syrup 

1 cup nonfat dry milk or 2 cups instant nonfat dry milk 

1 cup powdered sugar 

 

Wash your hands well and read all the directions. 

1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. 

2. Mix well with your clean hands. 

3. Pat dough ••• inch thick into a 9X9 inch baking pan. 

4. Cut into squares. 

5. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
