Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sauce Split

Peanut butter sauce and bananas! What could make a better ice cream split?

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sauce

You will need:

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla

2/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky

Wash your hands well and read all the directions.

1. Combine the cream and brown sugar in a medium sauce pan.

2. Over a medium heat stir until sugar is dissolved.

3. Add vanilla.

4. Stir in peanut butter until melted and sauce is right consistency.

5. Set aside.

Ice Cream Split 

You will need:

Vanilla ice cream

Bananas

Whipped cream

Salted peanuts

1. In the bottom of your ice cream dish place a little peanut butter ice cream sauce.

2. Slice some banana into the dish.

3. Add a scoop or two of ice cream.

4. Top with peanut butter ice cream sauce.

5. Spoon whipped cream over the top.

6. Sprinkle with peanuts.
